Victoria L. Williams, Chair
My name is Victoria L. Williams, and I am honored to serve as the Chair of the State Public Affairs Committee (SPAC) for the Junior Leagues of New Jersey. With a deep passion for advocacy, civic leadership, and community partnership, I guide our mission to influence legislation and initiatives that uplift the lives of women and children, particularly those in underserved communities. After serving as Vice Chair from 2022 to 2024, I have now taken on the role of Chair, leading SPAC with dedication and vision.
Our team is committed to advancing critical issues such as Health Equity, Food Insecurity, and Mental Health, while continuing to spearhead the fight against human trafficking—an issue we played a pivotal role in addressing through groundbreaking legislation in New Jersey. By working closely with legislators and community partners, we strive to create meaningful, lasting change for the people of our state.
